FlexITy Solutions Receives Cisco Master Service Provider Certification

A new MSP has earned Cisco’s coveted Master Service Provider Certification for selling and delivering cloud and managed services. FlexITy Solutions Inc. was honored with the designation for its managed unified communications offerings, which are geared toward helping customers accelerate their time to market and time to revenue.

FlexITy joins a growing list of at least 85 companies to achieve the high level certification, including AT&T, CenturyLink, IBM, Logicalis, Siemens, Tata Communications, Verizon and Xerox. The designation is part of the Cisco Cloud and Managed Services program, designed to help the company’s partners build, market and sell cloud and managed services.

Program participants utilize Cisco solutions including business acceleration tools and services, sales training and the Cisco Cloud Marketplace to fulfill their customers’ needs. FlexITy plans to sell and deliver at least two Cisco Powered services as part of the certification program, which will include managed or cloud services with Cisco Powered designations. These services are built on the ITIL framework and offer enhanced management and stewardship practices.

FlexITy will be offering unified communication and collaboration solutions to their enterprise customers, according to Peter Stavropoulos, president and CEO. The company is delivering the Cisco Powered Hosted Collaboration Solution (HCS) in accordance with Cisco’s strict criteria for managed services delivery.

The MSP has also been awarded Cisco Powered services designation in Cloud Services for HCS and in Managed Services for Business Communications Services and Internet Protocol Trunking Services. Those designations reward service providers’ abilities to help customers achieve faster time to value by minimizing technology lifecycle complexity.
