SnapLogic Reports Record Revenues as Cloud Services Brokerage and Integration Market Continues Expansion

By Laura Stotler

Cloud integration solutions provider SnapLogic has been breaking revenue records and rapidly expanding its partner ecosystem. The company achieved subscription transactions in the seven-figure range for the third quarter, driven by increased cloud application adoption from the enterprise sector.

SnapLogic was included in Research and Markets’ recent Global Cloud Services Brokerage Market report, listed among major cloud vendors like Cisco and IBM. The report shows the market is set to grow at a rapid 45.9 percent CAGR from 2013 to 2018, driven by the increased complexity required to integrate cloud-based solutions within enterprise computing infrastructures.

Companies like SnapLogic specialize in real-time application integration for cloud-to-cloud and cloud-to-on-premises scenarios, making them valuable allies to the enterprise and channel partners as well. SnapLogic focused on expanding its partner ecosystem in the third quarter as well, teaming up with Amazon Redshift, the AWS cloud data warehouse solution, as well as ServiceNow, Splunk and Zuora. The company’s main goal is to help organizations move away from traditional data warehousing solutions to cloud-based offerings that provide analytics and big data components.

“CIOs are increasingly looking to modern technologies to address the growing data challenges of the cloud, social and mobile era,” said Gaurav Dhillon, CEO and founder of SnapLogic. “We are thrilled with our continued momentum in the market and growing list of customers who are no longer willing to accept last generation’s approaches to today’s data management challenges.”

According to Research and Markets, the increased complexity of cloud application integration has created a market demand for efficient implementation of applications and data while eliminating conflicts in accessibility and storage. Cloud service brokers and integrators, meanwhile, are benefiting from increased standardization among services and platforms. This is generating increased application development and specifically, support for multiple cloud computing platforms.

“Our mission is to help companies move to the cloud with an enterprise-class, elastic integration platform that goes beyond simple point-to-point application and data integration use cases,” said Ediz Ertekin, vice president of field operations at SnapLogic. “We are excited about our continued momentum in the market, but even more excited about the business value we’re providing to our customers as they modernize their information infrastructures.”
