Autotask and StorageCraft Announce New Integration Module for Streamlining MSPs

By Jonathan Keane

Autotask and StorageCraft have announced a new integration module for streamlining managed service providers (MSPs) business processes.

The new module allows MSPs to automate their billing processes by synchronizing data from StorageCraft’s MSP portal and cloud services with Autotask’s IT business management solution.

Customers will have quick access to account and data mapping capabilities. This can be used for services back-ups of data and disaster recovery. Users can also create manual and scheduled updates of billing information between the MSP portal and cloud services portal and their Autotask solution as well as synchronize client history for auditing changes.

“Autotask’s integration with StorageCraft will yield operational efficiencies that are key to running a profitable IT services business,” said Autotask’s Len DiCostanzo, senior vice president of community and business development in a statement.

“Disaster recovery services are an essential component of the business continuity plans of small businesses, and StorageCraft provides an excellent option for MSPs to protect their clients’ computing systems in an automated and more profitable way,” he also said.

“This integration gives Autotask partners the ability to efficiently use the most reliable backup and disaster recovery solution on the market today. It provides them with peace of mind in knowing not only their customers’ data can be reliably and quickly recovered in the event of a disaster, but also that their customer billing process will be accurate and the automation will reduce their overhead costs,” added Curt James, vice president of marketing and business development at StorageCraft.
