ePlus Offers Enhanced Maintenance Support for Managed Services Customers

By Laura Stotler

ePlus inc. has enhanced its managed service offerings with a new option for customers. The MSP is now offering Enhanced Maintenance Support (EMS), which is geared toward helping customers lower their operational costs while also experiencing better customer service.

The company is offering the new option as an alternative to customers’ existing maintenance support programs. Benefits of the EMS service include rapid problem resolution for critical network issues as well as flexible hardware coverage, personalized capabilities and U.S.-based technical support.

Features of the solution include support for Cisco equipment with plans to add more manufacturers in the near future. EMS includes foundational support service for ePlus managed services offerings as well as onsite restoration of services, automated inventory, automated maintenance status, automated security, field notices and automated delta reports.

"This enhanced offering allows ePlus to deliver further business value and improved platform reliability, resulting in an increase in operational efficiency for our customers,” said Dan Farrell, senior vice president of national services for ePlus Technology. “EMS helps customers by increasing transparency and visibility into core components of their business, infrastructure, compliance, and security."

The company’s managed services include helping customers save money, enhance efficiencies and maximize their productivity. ePlus also provides a 24/7/365 Managed Services Center. Solutions include managed IT architecture, architecture solution alignment and managed security services.
