The firm was first founded in 2004 by the company’s president and COO Michael Milhouse, the company’s vice president Brian Sharp and Vice President and COO Laura Barker.

Among the accomplishments the company points to as wins for the firm is being selected by Symphony Clinical Research as its MSP provider. The company also recently announced the acquisition of Xamarin and Nintex as ways to make the company that much stronger.
