Goscomb Colocates with City Lifeline to Provide Global Managed Services in London

By Laura Stotler

Colocation and data center provider City Lifeline has partnered with Goscomb Technologies in an effort to extend network and hosting services to Goscomb customers within Lifeline House in central London. By colocating in City Lifeline's data center, Goscomb can provide a variety of managed services throughout the U.K., the Netherlands, France and the U.S.

Managed service provider (MSP) Goscomb will offer a range of business-grade connectivity services like leased lines and Ethernet, providing high speed, reliable Internet connectivity at affordable rates. Managed services will include website hosting and colocation in addition to BGP IP/data transit.

The partnership is a coup for City Lifeline, an independent, carrier-neutral colocation data center provider. The company's Lifeline House is conveniently located in central London just outside the area's Exclusion zone and in the Silicon Roundabout/Tech City district.

City Lifeline offers connectivity as well as secure, reliable and resilient colocation for a number of providers including telecoms, network providers and server hosting. The provider's customers may access fast and diverse carrier networks within the U.K. and connecting throughout the world.

“As a well-respected company, Goscomb came highly recommended to us by a current City Lifeline customer, who especially requested the company’s services," said Roger Keenan, managing director of City Lifeline. "With its ability to tailor services to specific customer requirements, Goscomb offers City Lifeline the opportunity to continue delivering its high standard of service that will maintain our commitment to increasing connectivity and provision of data services for Silicon Roundabout.”

“Ensuring Central London remains a hub of tech expertise and development is key to the services we offer," added Dan Goscomb, CEO of Goscomb Technologies. "It is crucial that all businesses have the best network and hosting services to move forward in today’s tough market. We are overwhelmed that Goscomb had been requested by a City Lifeline customer, and this partnership will help further secure our position in Central London and stimulate growth for the future.”
