Continuum, VaultLogix Announce RMM Cloud BDR Software Integration for MSPs

By Laura Stotler

A new software integration between VaultLogix and Continuum enables managed service providers (MSPs) to use the Continuum remote monitoring and management (RMM) solution to monitor the VaultLogix Advantage Cloud Backup and Recovery service. The companies announced that the integration will benefit mutual MSP partners deploying the Continuum monitoring agent and the VaultLogix Advantage backup client software at end-customer sites.

The integration works by enabling the Continuum monitoring agent to automatically generate backup status alerts for participating MSPs. The RMM tool is a comprehensive platform featuring an intelligent RMM software solution, as well as a 24x7x365 network operations center (NOC), to offer a single unified managed services experience.

VaultLogix is a business-class cloud backup service provider targeting resellers and SMBs. The company offers fully automated backup solutions that are designed to move data to an offsite data center for quick and efficient file restoration. The service provider also offers secure online transfer of fully encrypted and compressed data, as well as rapid and reliable data recovery to meet business continuity plans. VaultLogix also offers a reseller program with special wholesale pricing and branding along with 24x7 U.S.-based live customer support.

"The VaultLogix/Continuum integration allows our mutual MSP partners to take advantage of a powerful platform to streamline management of their clients' cloud backups while simultaneously monitoring additional network endpoints through a single, web-based dashboard," said Zak Karsan, vice president of business development for VaultLogix. "We are excited about our integration relationship with Continuum and our partners that can now receive automatic backup status alerts upon deployment of the VaultLogix Advantage Cloud Backup service."

"Enabling MSP partners to monitor and immediately respond to backup alerts is essential to providing end-to-end cloud backup and recovery," said Dee Zepf, vice president of Product Management and Technical Services at Continuum. "The VaultLogix/Continuum integration is the latest example of our ongoing commitment to drive increased efficiencies for our partners."
