Logicalis Announces M.E.E.T. Program for Small to Mid-Sized MSP Partners

By Laura Stotler

Managed services provider (MSP) Logicalis recently unveiled its new "MSP Expert Extension Team" (M.E.E.T.) program, which enables small to mid-sized MSPs to access expertise, marketing opportunities and technology for expanding their business as well as improving profitability and cash flow.

The new program aims to help small- to midsize MSPs that are struggling to quickly expand and scale their businesses to meet the needs of growing customer bases. A recent report from MSPmentor shows that large MSPs grew their annual recurring revenue by 24.5 percent, and when combined, manage more than 5.6 million PCs/servers along with 400,000 smartphones and tablets.

That phenomenal growth has created a need for MSPs to be able to scale quickly and cost effectively. The new M.E.E.T. program helps businesses create partnerships, with Logicalis acting as an intermediary for important vendors and distributors like IBM and Avnet.

The company also uses its own knowledge as a global MSP to help other businesses establish key partnerships.

The new program also strives to help MSPs improve profitability and cash flow by offering them direct access to financing programs, usage-based technology programs and try before you buy type features. They in turn can pass along these features to their own customers. Other benefits include access to technology products and services designed to help MSPs offer higher value services to their clients.

These may include Disaster Recovery-as-a-Service (DRaaS), Storage-as-a-Service and capacity on demand.

Additional features of the M.E.E.T. program include access to service management tools and Logicalis' international service delivery organization, which helps MSPs to quickly scale offerings to meet customer demands on the fly. Marketing resources and educational and training services are also provided to help MSPs target and serve customers in new, revenue-generating ways.

“Logicalis is a global MSP with an extensive array of service offerings and an established partnership with leading industry vendors and distributors,” said Julie Spiller, director of IBM sales for Logicalis. “As such, we have the ability to extend our partnerships and our success as a large, global MSP to small to mid-sized MSPs that need help scaling their businesses to meet growing demand for managed services in the market today."

"Through Logicalis’ new MSP Expert Extension Team program, we are offering full and complete access to all of Logicalis’ MSP services and relationships to our registered M.E.E.T. partners," she added. "This access, combined with unprecedented levels of communication and trust, give our M.E.E.T. partners the tools they need to succeed as their businesses gain momentum.”
