MSP Carpathia Hosts Managing E-Commerce Operations for Online Luxury Apparel Retailer Gilt

Carpathia Hosting is now the exclusive hosting provider for Gilt's e-commerce operations, the company announced. Carpathia is providing a managed hosting solution to run the online shopping destination, and will support Gilt as it grows and expands its innovations in online shopping.

Gilt is a provider of online apparel and luxury items, serving millions of customers throughout the world. Carpathia, which offers managed hosting services for enterprises and government agencies, is providing a full hosting solution for Gilt.

This includes managed servers, network, storage and backups.

Carpathia also provides built-in multi-site redundancy through its secure data centers in Ashburn, VA and Phoenix, AZ. This enables the managed service provider (MSP) to process millions of dollars in transactions and also store a massive inventory consisting of images and assets, an extensive mobile presence and communication of daily sales.
