Centro Launches Centro Planner, the Cloud-Based Digital Media Planning Software

By Shankar Pandiath

Centro, a modern media services software provider, recently launched Centro Planner, a set of cloud-based software that automates, documents and consolidates each phase of the digital media buying process, at the 4As Transformation Conference.

The software simplifies manual and repetitive tasks and allows agencies to complete their work more quickly, allowing them to invest their time in more important client-facing output, such as analytics and campaign strategy.

Certain digital processes strain agencies because the planners are confined to obsolete techniques and tools such as PDFs, spreadsheets and e-mails. Agencies want improved solutions, as the existing cumbersome and outdated technologies available in the market are generally obsolete. Centro understands what the agencies are up against and assists agencies in overcoming these issues through instinctive, purpose-built software, and managed services that provide much-needed operational efficiency.

Shawn Riegsecker, chief executive officer at Centro, hopes to address these topics during the 4As Transformation conference.

Kazi Ahmed, vice president, Group Digital Media director at Mullen/mediahub, said Centro perfectly understands what buyers and planners go through. He felt that Centro Planner is one of the best high- quality intuitive solutions pertaining to digital media. He also added that their focus was to be more receptive, quicker and smarter for clients.

By leveraging these powerful, relevant tools, the Centro team can maximize time spent on innovation and larger campaign ideas without going through the cumbersome organization and documentation of tiny details related to media logistics.

Centro planner is a piece of software created by the planners, for the planners. This is the net result of leveraging over 11 years of knowledge in the execution of media logistics for over 1,000 agencies.

Benefits of Centro Planner:

  • Replaces cumbersome e-mail, PDFs and spreadsheets with a cloud-based system
  • Grants access to complete audit trail and simplifies adoption with instinctive workflow
  • Eradicates errors caused by duplicate entries, limiting issues in billing and reconciliation
  • Manages contract revisions and sends insertion orders
  • Integrates with DFA (Double-Click for Advertisers)
  • Exports media plans and imports into third party media logistics systems

Centro is a well-known provider of modern media software and services that forms productive partnerships with various advertising agencies. This helps in the improvement of campaign performance and in the productivity of the digital media team.
