MSP Managed Solution Awarded as Top Microsoft Partner for Western Region

By Laura Stotler

Microsoft managed Gold Partner Managed Solution has been awarded as the top Microsoft Partner at the Western Region Managed Partner 2013 Briefing. The award is given to a Microsoft partner that distinguishes itself from other partners through extraordinary achievements.

The company, a communications MSP and provider of professional services, has been working to implement an infrastructure that enables them to reach their clients more efficiently and be more responsive to their needs. They decided to implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM and SharePoint for their own business operations - tools they were already recommending to their clients.

According to Managed Solution, the Microsoft solutions helped them deliver a higher efficacy to their clients as well as a faster and more predictable revenue stream, exceeding 40 percent growth and increasing profitability by 30 percent. The launch of their new SharePoint website has also helped drive an increase in Web traffic beyond 300 percent per month.

"We are extremely honored to be recognized by Microsoft and believe it is a direct reflection of our mutually beneficial and successful partnership," said Sean Ferrel, Managed Solution chief executive officer. "We experience a strong demand from our clients to act as a Trusted Technology Advisor in assisting with their business model in deployment of IT Infrastructure, Office 365, SharePoint, Dynamics CRM, Windows 7/8 and moving to the Cloud."

As an MSP, Managed Solution offers a variety of services including cloud, unified communications, desktop and system management. Additional offerings include collaboration, security and virtualization services. The company is geared toward serving SMEs in the southern California region.

The award from Microsoft elevates Managed Solution to the position of Technology Advisor to its clients and the company is now truly practicing what it preaches with the integration of Microsoft tools. The upgrades also help clients and prospects to view firsthand how Microsoft offerings can improve productivity and overall revenue performance as well as automate a variety of business operations.
