Evolve IP and NACR have partnered in an agreement that will have NACR leverage Evolve's unified platform to offer its customers a variety of cloud services. Communications solutions integrator NACR will offer unified communications and hosted IP phone services through the platform, as well as virtual servers and call center solutions.
The agreement will enable NACR's more than 5,500 clients to access cloud services from Evolve. Evolve aims to provide organizations with a unified option for their cloud services as well as help companies migrate all or select IT technologies to a cloud platform. The cloud services company provides security, scalability and a lower cost of ownership over legacy systems and other cloud offerings.
Evolve's unified communications and IP phone system services offer a variety of advanced features for users. These include fixed mobile convergence (FMC), find me/follow me capabilities, HD voice and unified messaging delivered as cloud services. Virtual server solutions use Evolve's private cloud infrastructure to reduce CAPEX while also improving productivity. Solutions offer the scalability and failover of public cloud offerings while maintaining the privacy and security of dedicated environments.
Hosted contact center solutions are designed to improve operations and customer service through a number of features. These include intelligent routing and queues, call recording and whisper and a variety of other major features.
Global communications integrator NACR will take advantage of the partnership to better serve its Fortune 100 customers as well as its small-business clients. The company aims to use technology to help clients enhance collaboration and improve their contact center and data communications experiences. They offer managed services geared toward improving customer service, efficiency and productivity along with training, maintenance, consulting, implementation and project management services.
“Building trust is essential to the success of any business, and we spent a significant amount of time evaluating the partner we trusted the most to bring cloud services to our customers,” said Gerry Pearce, vice president of services development at NACR. “We are excited to partner with Evolve IP to deliver an award-winning, cloud-based solution that will help our customers leverage the benefits of cloud services.”
“Our team is very excited about this partnership," added said Guy Fardone, general manager and chief operating officer of Evolve IP. "It is an honor to go to market with a well-respected, nationwide communications integrator such as NACR. We’ve spent a great deal of time building our unified cloud services platform and VAR product offerings and are confident that NACR will be very successful in the mid- and enterprise markets.”
