DBR360's New Cloud Offering Simplifies Integration

By Colleen Lynch

Managed services provider DBR360 will deploy a new multi-tenant enterprise-grade cloud offering, the company announced Monday.

The service is tailored to scale more easily when it comes to virtual data centers, with a focus toward volume and geography. This will allow customers to connect private networks to the cloud in a more robust way.

“Most current offerings, regardless of private or public clouds, require the customer to perform the heavy lifting with regards to integration,” DBR360’s CEO David Baule explained. “These developments have little to no cohesion with the enterprise’s current network needs or system architectures. Often, they simply default to best-effort Internet access – which may not provide the performance and security demanded by business-critical applications.”

When companies attempt to integrate their existing IT infrastructure with new cloud strategies, the results can be much more difficult than expected.

DBR360 makes the process easier by combining both cloud and network strategies in a way that connects the cloud environment to strategically placed carrier gateways, stationed at various locations throughout the United States.

This system provides DBR360 customers much greater access to metro, domestic and international networks in a connection that is quick and consistent.

“With mission-critical enterprise applications being moved to the Cloud, our approach addresses the need with a higher degree of customer care and an eye toward enhanced security, reliability and consistency,” said Baule. “While there has been a growing amount of buzz surrounding the Cloud for years, I truly believe DBR360 is pioneering the path of cloud continuity.”

Confidence in the cloud is at an all-time high, so DBR360 developed the specially-architected Cloud virtualization platform to give customers more options for conducting their businesses in the cloud environment.

The solution is optimized with managed network services and back-end storage, so although the cloud is changing the way business is done, DBR360 is ensuring the standard features of non-cloud business are still available and combined with its new cloud-based services.
