A new seminar series specifically designed to support managed service providers (MSP) transitioning to the cloud has been announced by Zenith Infotech Ltd.
The firm is hosting the "MSP to CSP (News - Alert): A Practical Roadmap" series to provide MSPs with knowledge about the cloud market.
The series is geared toward giving MSPs information on providing Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) along with managed hosting services. Zenith has developed more than 50 seminars which will take place throughout the U.S. in the first quarter of 2013, in two formats to meet the needs of a variety of participants.
The "MSP to CSP" series is designed to help MSPs launch their cloud offerings quickly and effectively. The goal is to aid them in earning rapid income by owning and hosting the infrastructure required to offer iSCSI storage and virtual servers and desktops for their clients.
MSPs will gain a better understanding of the needs and preferences of SMBs driving their cloud adoption through the series, and will learn how they can meet those needs by becoming a CSP. Zenith's TigerCloud virtual infrastructure solution will be featured, with Zenith's experts explaining how the offering provides virtualization controls, high-performance iSCSI storage and integrated business continuity.
According to Zenith, these are essential tools that can help MSPs in their transition to a CSP business model.
