Continuum and Accelo Integrate Platforms to Form Comprehensive Solution


Continuum, provider of a popular IT management platform, recently announced that it has entered into a partnership with Accelo to integrate its Professional Services Automation (PSA) platform with Continuum’s popular IT Management platform. As a result, Continuum’s managed service provider (MSP) customers will benefit from the seamless combination of the company’s technical tools and Accelo’s business tools.

There is a wide and ever-increasing range of duties that are necessary for successful IT operations, but the recent trend of task automation and outsourcing has made it much easier for companies to focus on their core business and satisfying clients. Platforms such as those mentioned above — and integrations among them — are making IT teams’ jobs much easier while encouraging innovation and economic stimulation.

“While we focus on operations and managing the business with our PSA platform, we’ve heard many MSPs tell us how much they love Continuum and how it takes away many of the headaches of supporting their clients,” said Geoff McQueen, CEO of Accelo. “Given our motto is about helping our users do the work they love, it was natural for us to work together with such a like­minded company.”

The integration will manifest a number of advantages for MSPs, offering the opportunity to manage all client work from a single, flexible system. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Project Management capabilities are merged with Ticketing, Contract and Billing software, and MSPs can take full advantage of the Continuum platform while benefitting from full visibility into clients’ work in real time. The combination of Continuum’s Network Operations Center (NOC (News - Alert)) and Help Desk with Accelo’s automation capabilities are unique in the MSP market and will easily enable clients to focus entirely on their primary goals.
